We had an amazing stay here. Best aspects were the great staff, clean rooms, and the relaxing spa with three sauna options and a swimming pool. The hotel also offers gluten-lactose free food options and great music at a decent volume. This city is a great location for skiing and other outdoor activities, and there are many interesting places to visit.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, which seemed poorly done with tiles in the sauna coming off and a fresh paint smell in some areas. Some recommendations were not satisfactory, like the local outdoor zoo.

During my Easter holiday, I had a great time at the hotel. the staff was amazing, always ready to help and friendly. the food was delicious, and they provided gluten-free and lactose-free options, which was fantastic. the location was perfect for skiing or hiking, as it was only 20 minutes away from the slopes. there were many places to visit and explore around the hotel, which was a great advantage.

It's worth mentioning that the hotel was undergoing renovation work, and it was badly executed. the sauna tiles were falling off, and some parts of the building smelled of fresh paint.
